By now you have started to follow others and started your list building. Now you can start using the "Search" tool to help you find other like minded people to either follow or to add to your list. Using the example of "Camp Sites" once more type this into the search bar on your Twitter home page. When I have done this it comes up with a number of accounts the first for me is @CampingSites if I click on them their home page opens up. Firstly I would add them to my list of "Campsites" then I would see if they have any lists themselves. In this case they have 3. If you click on their lists their first is called "Good People To Know" click on this and you will see that they have 70 members and 3 subscribers to this list. Click on the 70 members and if there are any people that you find interesting or fit into any of your lists then click away and either follow or add to your own lists. A client of mine who is happy for me to use them as an example has had a Twitter account for a good few years now, but to be honest until recently it just sat there doing very little They would post updates of what was happening and where they were, you know, usual things that we all get up to. Such as, this is where I am eating my dinner (look at the view) and this is what I'm eating (look at plate of food)! That was until recently when they discovered that there was a system to building a  Twitter  account organically.
